If you cannot afford one of these, then your music shop or electronics store should have cheaper microphones, which should also work. The picture above is a Shure SM58, a very common professional microphone used by many harmonica players. Download the Audacity package, and install it in your computer. There is is very good free recording software package, called Audacity. If you have a computer, then you have almost all the equipment needed to make your own recordings. Remember, the important thing is that your playing improves, and that you enjoy yourself. With practice, your recordings will sound better.
